This aluminum external halyard flagpole is designed with the rigging system located on the outside of the pole. A durable rope runs up the flagpole shaft, passing through a truck assembly at the top, which includes a pulley system. The rope then descends back down to be securely tied to an external cleat, typically positioned 4 ½’ above ground level. The truck assembly can be stationary or revolving, with the option of a single or double pulley. The single revolving external halyard setup is recognized as the industry standard for its reliability and ease of use.
