The StarBeam LED Direct Burial Light is the pinnacle of versatility in landscape illumination. Featuring a 15-degree beam spread and a crisp 5000K color temperature, it delivers exceptional lighting for flagpole displays. Designed for commercial-grade performance, this fixture operates seamlessly at 120V-277V.
CONSTRUCTION
Built to endure, the StarBeam’s rough-in housing is crafted from durable black 25% glass-filled polyester composite, ensuring it resists flaking, peeling, and corrosion. The LED module is enclosed in an 88% copper bronze alloy heat sink for superior heat dissipation. The fixture includes anti-siphon wiring to prevent water intrusion and IP68-rated quick connects for straightforward installation. Precision CNC-machined components and silicone O-rings ensure a watertight seal, while all fasteners are stainless steel. The trim plate is also made from 88% copper bronze alloy.
OPTICAL SYSTEM
Equipped with a 75mm molded polycarbonate reflector, this fixture maximizes efficiency while minimizing color distortion. The high-performance COB LEDs are protected by a 15mm low-iron tempered glass lens, ensuring clarity and durability.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The StarBeam operates on a 120V-277V input and includes a 15-foot cable. It features a robust 56W LED light source that delivers approximately 6000 Lumens with a 90 CRI rating. Integrated 10kV surge protection safeguards the fixture’s electrical components.
MOUNTING
Designed for in-ground burial, the StarBeam should be installed following the provided instructions. Ensure proper drainage and substrate around the fixture. It includes two ¾” and two ½” conduit entries on the underside, with optional ¾” conduit side entries available upon request. Concrete pour kits are available and may be pre-shipped at the customer’s expense.
